We never use ingredients like mineral oil, petrolatum, or preservatives with long scientific names no one can pronounce.
In fact, none of the lotions, bar soaps, or other natural products created at GorgeMaid contains any preservatives. While preservatives increase shelf life of beauty products, they can also cause potential harmful effects on the skin. Packing a lotion full of synthetic ingredients just so it will last longer on the shelf is not how GorgeMaid works. Our products may not have a shelf life of twenty years, but your skin will love the natural, moisturizing ingredients we use to protect and soften.
Our all-natural body creams include scents like Amber Romance, Cream d Mint, and Sandalwood. Many of the lotions can be complimented with body mist sprays or organic handmade soaps created with the same natural ingredients and scents. We mix only small batches, so do not worry if one bottle of lotion appears to be a slightly different color or consistency than the next. As long as our batches are different, you can rest assured we are not mass-producing our natural products with synthetic ingredients.
GorgeMaid also offers organic skin care gel products for home use. Skin care gel, or shaving cream, typically requires water to foam up and protect the skin against razor burn and nicks. GorgeMaid shaving gel can be used on wet or dry skin and protects the skin with all natural ingredients for a smoother, silkier feel. We do not use pumps or aerosols with our shaving gels. Instead, we package them in wide mouthed eight ounce containers so you can quickly, and easily access shaving gel with one hand while holding a razor in the other. Our organic skin care gel products can be used by men and women.
